Looking for the Cat 4

Matthew Thurber’s latest comic book series finds Groomfiend the Mouse Detective traipsing the coastlines of the Salish Sea in a realist mystery set in a version of the author’s home, researched, misremembered, and mythologized. In Volume 4 Groomfiend reflects on his adolescent flits with the occult, and sexual fantasies with his teacher, who he believes to be The Devil.
